ARD BR&T | MEMBERSHIP is your on-request access to a more thrilling travel experiences for those ready to mix both travel and cycling to get the most out of your bike riding experience. We are a private agency for the active recreational traveler - someone who incorporates the activities they love into their travel plans. Pursuing new, different, and more engaging experiences for a Fun-Fitness getaway is the mission of BIKERACK&TRAVEL. So if trips to amazing cities and locations for recreational biking… is not your thing; if flying to exciting destinations for bike riding and retreats… is not your thing; then maybe BIKERACK&TRAVEL is not your thing.
We are not a fitness group, ride club, or a cycling race team. We are an active recreational lifestyle agency that includes bike riding in all activities. Our members ride Pelotons for fitness and own high-performance bikes (i.e., road, hybrid/dual, and trail bikes) - from Cannondale, Cervelo, Diamondback, Trek, Giant, Felt, Schwinn, and more (including ebikes). We host on-request events for you (and up to 6 guests) in popular U.S. cities, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, and abroad - anyplace with amazing options for scenic recreational bike riding. KNOW YOUR TIME
Do what you can, where you can, when you can. We know you are busy and that time is a luxury. Which is why, we at BR&T offers a wide option of road-trips and ride & retreat destinations for recreational bike riding for some serious miles and memories. Our ride schedule stays filled with on-demand options for travel and biking. So you never really miss out as a member.
KNOW YOUR BIKE
We ride with confidence on our high performance bicycles, but are always working to advance our riding skills. Many of our members have multiple bicycles – we encourage it. It's the lifestyle we chose. However, the best effort may not be enough if your bike is in poor condition, or the wrong fit. Choose comfort over fashion and control over speed for the best ride experience(s).
KNOW YOUR BUDGET
Membership is $5,000/year assuring your requests for any Road-Trip, Travel, or Destination event made available to you (and up to 6 guests), during open ride months. Membership fees offer stability, consistency, and growth to ensure the services of ARD | AnotherRideDay. Sponsorship benefits and partnership discounts are incorporated.
Additional costs are each rider’s (and rider's guest) responsibility to bear (i.e., bicycles, vehicle bike racks, hard shell bike travel cases, riding helmet, gear & clothing, medical/healthcare, vehicle registration, transportation, insurance, and repairs; tickets, tolls, & fines, along with, the cost of resorts & hotels, food, & fuel).
KNOW YOUR LIMITATIONS
Applicants may be required to participate in a invite ride, to display their health, fitness, ride handing skills, caution, and confidence. These ride invites are private 1-to-1 or 2 to 1 riding sessions with a trusted member(s). Once accepted, you gain access to on-demand ride and event requests, and invitation to all ARD | Activities (to including motorcycles, boating & fishing, biking abroad, and outdoor firearm shooting activities). We don’t babysit, but we do use check points and location sharing for tracking, safety, and security.
